4. Management of Azwal Website

1.4. In these terms and other specific documents, the management of the Azwal website (referred to below as the website management or management) is understood to be under the management and ownership of Hyperlink Information Technology, a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Sudan and registered in Khartoum with an address at Khartoum, Al-Amaraat, Street 15.

2.4. Applications, suggestions, and claims by individuals and legal entities to the website management regarding these terms and all matters related to the operation of the website, the violation of the rights and interests of third parties in the process of using it, as well as inquiries from individuals, can be submitted under the Sudanese laws and regulations to the address specified in paragraph 4.1 of these regulations.

3.4. Regarding the operation and development of the website, the management is committed to effective Sudanese laws and other relevant legislation and these terms and other specific documents developed or adopted by the website management to regulate the provision of individual website services to users.

4.4. These terms do not grant the user the right to use the trademark name, domain name of the website, or other distinctive marks of the website management. The right to use the trademark name, domain names, and other distinctive marks of the website management cannot be granted except in a written agreement with the website management.

5. Registration on the Azwal Website and User Status

5.1. User registration on the website is free and voluntary and is done at azwal.com.

5.2. The website user is the person registered on the website in accordance with the procedures stated in these terms and has reached the legal age for such registration according to the laws in force and/or has all necessary approvals (such as parental consent) with full compliance with the laws in effect in the Republic of Sudan.

5.3.
